3. Perishable Goods and Refund Policy
Due to the food-grade and perishable nature of our dry fruits, we cannot accept returns once the product packaging has been opened. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us via our admin email within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Any claims made after this window will be handled at our sole discretion.
4. Shipping and Delivery Liability
We use trusted third-party carriers to deliver your orders. While we ensure that all items leave our facility in peak condition, NaturaCrunch is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or products that spoil due to being left unattended after delivery.
5. Order Cancellation and Modifications
Orders can only be cancelled or modified if the request is received before the "Processing" stage begins in our WooCommerce system. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it is considered final and cannot be retracted.
